Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA complaint was mistakenly taken down, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
01. Your physical or electronic signature.
02. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
03. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
04. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
05. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where Burnexus operates) and that you accept service of process from the party who submitted the infringement notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Burnexus reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are subject to repeated DMCA complaints. We may also take further legal action if necessary.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
